The address listed for CLIN 17 is confirmed correct. This amendment has also corrected the addresses on pages 18 and 29 of the RFQ. Vendors must sign all amendments and include them in their quote submission. RFQ has been extended till 5pm COB 6/23/2022. GSA is seeking clarification of delivery addresses for three CLIN 9, 17, and 29. Once confirmed, a second amendment will be posted. *Answers to vendor questions posted 6/15/22. **Amendment 001 to solicitation correcting CLIN 22 voltage also posted. Vendors must sign all amendments and include them in their quote submission. The General Services Administration, Heartland Acquisition Center (HAC), is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) on behalf of the Air Force for their requirement of Industrial Plant Equipment. This is a one-time purchase request with no anticipated recurring need. The RFQ is a brand name or equal requirement and salient characteristics are provided within the Technical Requirement Document (TRD) package for each line item. There are a total of 34 line items and specs must be submitted on each quoted item for review of technical acceptability (regardless of quoted part number/manufacturer). All accessories should be included in quote, if applicable, to meet the requirements of the TRD. Prices are required to be FOB Destination and vendors are encouraged to provide their best delivery lead-time. This solicitation is being advertised utilizing NAICS 333517 defined as Machine Tool Manufacturing. Contractors who don’t already have NAICS 333517, must add it to the Contractor's SAM Representations and Certifications and Small Business Program Representations before award. This requirement is not set-aside for small business. GSA will award on a Best Value - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Further details can be found in Section M. Awards will be made on an item-by-item basis, meaning any interested vendor can quote CLINs individually. Please read RFQ carefully and submit all technical questions by June 6, 2022 at 5:00 PM CST.
