The General Services Administration, Heartland Acquisition Center, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for special order tool kits. This RFQ is a brand name or equal requirement with salient characteristics attached. Order will be a direct shipment to customer at Fort Worth, TX. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination bases. Please find attached the RFQ and salient characteristics for each tool kit and its components. This procurement is NOT a total set aside for small business (see FAR 19.502-6(c)). Please read all documents/requirements. To be considered for award the following must be submitted complete: Page 1 and 2 of this document, Completed and Signed Read, sign, and return attached MIL-STD-129R Compliance Form IAW Clause 552.211-73 EDI Certification Form Fill-In Clauses Signed Amendments (as applicable) Technical Specifications (if applicable) must be included if an ‘or equal’ part number is being quoted Please find attached the RFQ, salient characteristics, and all enclosures.
