The following information is required: Page 1 and 2 of the RFQ document, Completed and Signed MIL-STD-129R Compliance Form, Completed and Signed EDI Certification Form, Completed and Signed Fill-In Clauses, As applicable Signed Amendments, As applicable Technical Specifications, As applicable If the required information is not submitted with your company’s quote, the quote will be found non-responsive and not considered for award.
