GSA requires one new HVAC System at building 924 – GSA Mart #46 to Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. The Contractor shall remove the existing HVAC System, and remove and dispose of refrigerant gas in outside unit. Contractor shall install a new HVAC System, to include, but not limited to, complete plumbing/piping work for refrigerant and drain pipe, complete electrical/wiring work, perform operational testing, waste disposal, and provide any other ancillary services and consumables required for installation and operation. Interested parties may request a site visit by contacting Shigeru Tanaka at 011-81-311-755-7589 or DSN 225-7589. The cut-off date to request a site visit shall be 12/4/2019. Any requests for a site visit made after 12/4/2019 will not be honored. NOTE 1: Amendment 1 issued on December 3, 2019. Contractors are required to sign and return one copy with their RFQ response.
