The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information on the availability of trolleys that will be configured on low floor chassis as described in the attached DRAFT Purchase Description (PD). The Government is seeking information on vendors who can provide these trolleys/trams for the National Park Service. The information obtained from this RFI will support the development of a requirements document for a potential future Request for Quote (RFQ). This RFI is for planning purposes only. The General Services Administration (GSA) does not intend to acquire any products or services, or award any contract, based on this RFI. GSA will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request. Please submit a capability statement that identifies item(s) that meet the requirements described in the PD to include any applicable options. Written responses to this RFI should be directed to Contracting Officer, Amanda Vance, via email at amanda.vance@gsa.gov no later than Wednesday, August 7, 2019 by 5:00PM Eastern Time. The subject line should read "Response to RFI - NPS Low Floor Trolleys".
