Title: Rent Bill Management Occupancy Agreement Finalization Services Description(s): This is a Request for Information (Sources Sought Notice). Interested vendors should provide their responses including capabilities statement to the contact identified on this notice by no later than 9:00am March 11, 2022. Mandatory GSAs requirements include: Services required for reviewing all new Public Building Service (PBS) rent bills and proposed changes to rent bills to ensure compliance with various PBS policies, alignment with source documents, and accuracy. Knowledge of several GSA PBS information technology (IT) systems is required. These include: Occupancy Agreements (OA) Tool where all occupancy agreement data is stored, G-REX which houses lease and owned inventory source documents, the Appraisal Data System which stores appraised rates for various space types in the owned inventory, RENT on the WEB (ROW) (for historical billing data to verify billing adjustments, and the RBM Tool, the review tool used by the RBM contractor to assess each OA.
