This procurement will be conducted under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 236220 (Architectural Services Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and FSC/PSC Code Z2AA, where the Small Business threshold is $39.5 million. The GSA anticipates the award of a single contract for CMc Services. As the GSA nears time of award, it will re-evaluate agency needs. If at that time agency needs reflect the necessity to award to more than one offeror, the GSA will reserve the right to do so. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be for an approximately three (3) year period, projected to be awarded in the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2022. The estimated maximum contract value for each contract awarded is $30,000,000.00 - $50,000,000.00.
