The statement of work is meant to provide environmental monitoring of key site performance indicators at two (2) representative Federal sites for a monitoring period of twelve (12) months and total performance period of eighteen (18) months to include the development of a research plan and present the findings in report format with recommendations that inform future GSA site development and management efforts.
