The purpose of this justification is to increase the overall task order ceiling value of GSA Schedule Task Order 47QFDA21F0055 by $1,133,142.90. This task order will be modified to add additional Service Enabling Devices (SEDs), wireless (cellular and data) plans, and fees to increase to the contract total of 3,300 plans. The GSA CO will procure Service Enabling Devices (SEDs)–as Order Level Materials. Current funding level only allows for activation of a limited number of wireless plans according to the previous Service Enabling Devices (SEDs) allocation plan. Additional funding and ceiling increases are needed to support HUD’s new reallocation of Service Enabling Devices (SEDs) and revised usage for 3,300 wireless plans.
