General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Wisconsin City: Milwaukee Delineated Area: North – North Avenue South – College Avenue West – Highway 175 East – N/A (Lake Michigan) Minimum Sq. Offered space cannot be located near glass atriums or exposed areas adjacent to glass walls or glass curtains. Offered space may not be located near ledges or balconies. The building must be able to provide for a dedicated /non-public route (i.e. passenger and/or freight elevator that can be locked) between the offered space and the parking garage. Offered space may not be located near foreign entities. Offered space cannot be located near daycare facilities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
