General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Hawaii City: Hilo Delineated Area: Hilo City limits Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,020 Wareyard Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,731 Office Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Wareyard Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,000 Office Space Type: Flex space - Office and ware yard Parking Spaces (Total): 12 Parking Spaces (Surface): 12 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies approximately 8,095 ABOA SF of office and related space in a building under a lease in Hilo, HI. The Government has identified a need for 9,656 ABOA SF of expansion space and is considering alternative space for the total requirement of 17,751 ABOA SF if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
