Notification: Solicitation Package for Project NMO00004 - Building 06 Demolition The General Services Administration (GSA) has the authority to contract directly with a single 8(a) contractor pursuant to a Partnership Agreement that exists between the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the GSA, as well as FAR Part 19. This solicitation is issued to an 8(a) small business program participant. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the 8(a) program participant. All other requests for access will be denied.
