NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6, under the (R6) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (GSA, PBS Region 6) Contracts (47PG00220D0003 thru 27). Design/build replacement of passenger, judges, and prisoner elevators and associated systems. Work also includes demolition, painting, doors/frames replacement, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and fire protection work to allow for the installation of the elevator systems. The maintenance of the elevators to be replaced in this contract will be included.
