Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The General Services Administration is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive facility support services statewide in Montana. The work includes operation, maintenance, custodial, pest control, grounds maintenance, and snow removal for a total of 40 properties across multiple locations, including Billings, Bozeman, Butte, and several Land Ports of Entry. The contract will be firm fixed-price with a one-year base period and nine one-year options, with a transition period tentatively starting August 1, 2026, and performance commencing October 1, 2026.
