On behalf of the General Services Administration, GSA is conducting market research to understand capabilities related to providing the below requirement: This survey requests information for the creation of a new SIN that addresses Credential Service Provider (CSP) offerings under GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) as detailed within the SIN's description. There is a specific need for ID proofing services that comply with NIST SP 800-63 requirements. Responding to this survey will assist the government in developing the most appropriate SIN structure. The proposed SIN will offer agencies component (identity proofing, authentication, identity management, or federation) or full credentialing services that meet NIST SP 800-63 Digital Identity Guidelines requirements.
