The Government intends that this procurement will result in the selection of one (1) firm for the award of a firm fixed price contract for Custodial and Related Services at the Chambersburg SSA Trust Fund Building located at 50 North 3rd Street Chambersburg, PA 17201. A firm fixed price contracts is contemplated utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 selection procedures. The total period of performance will consist of one (1) base year and four (4), one-year Options. Options to extend the contract term will be based on the firm's performance in the previous year. The Government will reserve the unilateral right to exercise (or to not exercise) any option period. This procurement will be a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) Code for this procurement is 561720, Janitorial Services. The annual Small Business Size Standard is $19.5 Million. Under the awarded contract, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, parts, material, labor, supplies, tools and equipment for all of the services described in the solicitation. The solicitation will request both technical and price proposals. All technical criteria, when combined, will be considered of equal importance to price. An award will be made to the firm with a proposal representing the best value to the Government. Evaluating past performance and experience may include review of information provided by the firm, customer inquiries, Government databases, and publicly available sources. The anticipated start of performance for this contract is September 1, 2022.
