Parking: The parking-to-square-foot ratio available on site shall at least meet current local code requirements and if there is no controlling local code, the parking ratio will be 1 parking space per 200 square feet of leased space. Parking shall be within ½ mile of offered space. Offered space must offer wareyard space of a minimum of 2,950 sqft or acres Offered space must offer 550 aboa sqft of warehouse space.
