The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 10 years for approximately 214,058 rentable square feet (RSF) of warehouse and related space. The Government presently occupies 214,058 RSF at 8801 Kingsridge Drive, Dayton , Ohio which expires January 31, 2023 under GSA lease number GS-05B-16937. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease at the existing location.
