GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) that is expiring in Saint Paul, MN at the Saint Paul Downtown Airport. The Government requires office, warehouse and related space yielding a minimum of 2,833 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on Saint Paul Downtown Airport property. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,833 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,983 To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 5 pm CT on 4/10/19. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions. Delete for procurement summary page. do not use for full and open procurements. note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be supportable.
