The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Region 8, Rocky Mountain Region is seeking highly qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms interested in participating in an opportunity under GSA's Design Excellence Program for A/E Design Services to build a new regulatory laboratory building on the Denver Federal Center (DFC) grounds located in Lakewood, CO for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The design of the FDA laboratory and laboratory-support facilities shall be per the current edition of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Design Requirement Manual (DRM). This specialized lab facility will include Bio-Safety Level 2 (BSL-2), Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL-3), and other specialized chemical and biological lab spaces. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY.
