The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties with the necessary expertise and resources who have an interest in providing Facilities Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance (FEOM) services, Vertical Transportation services, and Pest Control services at a Federal facility in District of Columbia. The requirements contemplated encompass a facility of approximately 2 to 3 million rentable square feet. Anticipated services would include, but are not limited to the following: Electrical systems and equipment Mechanical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment Fire protection and life safety systems and equipment All controls and control systems Architectural and structural systems, fixtures, and equipment within the site (to the property line) Service request desk operations, to include record keeping using a government furnished national computerized maintenance management system (NCMMS) as well as other administrative functions Static and/or dynamic bollard systems, including motorized barriers and gates Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System maintenance and replacement batteries Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Water treatment services and reporting Building Automation Systems (BAS), controls and associated systems Roof inspections, maintenance and repairs Property management functionalities Engineering support services Inspections and equipment assessments Long term asset and capital planning Administrative support services Data and information management Environmental management Vertical transportation equipment and systems Integrated Pest Management (IPM) The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services, with an associated small business size standard of $47 million. This notice does not commit GSA to contract for any supply or service. Further, GSA is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Sources Sought notice.
