Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information for the purposes of market research regarding GSA’s National Enterprise Energy Management (EEM and PME) system located in Washington DC. The system was procured to help comply with EISA 2007, EPACT 2005 and the executive orders for managing energy savings, prioritization, energy security, sustainability, and greenhouse gas programs. Summary: The GSA, PBS, Office of Facilities Management is requesting a white paper that provides an ION EEM/PME system for an Application Programming Interface (API) to send data to the GSA LINK system; and GSA digital signage as well as has a subscription service that allows for data to be shared with GSA’s First Fuel virtual auditing program. Natural gas, steam and water usage data feeds were added, and usage data is now being collected for those utility services. GSA Regions have servers running PME 2020 and one development server is in place as well. The metered data goes from sites to the Regional PME Server and then from the PME server into ION EEM. All regions currently have data that is collected from devices and managed with PME2020. NOTE: The PSC code would not register when creating this notice.
