This is a pre-solicitation notice for a total small business set-aside contract for the complete roof replacement of the IRS Enterprise Computing Center in Kearneysville, WV. The project scope includes replacing approximately 190,000 square feet of roofing, coping, flashing, and related systems. The estimated contract value is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000 for a firm fixed-price contract. The RFP is estimated to be posted on or about March 16, 2026, with a site visit planned for on or about March 24, 2026. This notice is for information only and is not a request for proposals.
