DHS/CBP required additional Knoll brand workstation furniture, offices, tables and seating, etc., to accommodate the renovation to support an increase in personnel for the 8th floor CBP office space located at 1901 S. Bell Street, Arlington, VA. The new Knoll furniture to accommodate the reclamation of the former CBP space will be required to match existing Knoll furniture currently on site within suites on the 7th and 8th floor. Furniture will be required for 59 workstations, 16 private offices, conference and seating. The basis for limiting sources for this acquisition is because existing workstations, offices, tables and seating within these aforementioned floors are Knoll.
