This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Questions Due Date: 03/05/2019, 4:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) Quotation Due Date: 03/14/2019, 4:00 pm ET TTS is seeking to acquire DMARC analytics services for its domains and subdomains to improve existing DMARC procedures, to protect its brand, and to analyze the sources of email traffic. TTS will use the DMARC analytics services to verify that all legitimate email is passing authenticity checks and to discover sources of fraudulent email.
