This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to identify vendors capable of performing tasks associated with the range of services described in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be interpreted as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as quotes/proposals nor will an award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. GSA is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning for a project for the Department of Defense (DoD), Africa Center for Strategic Studies. The information requested by this RFI will be used to facilitate market research and will not be disclosed outside of GSA and DoD.
