*ID11190004* MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS This is a GSA/NCR/FAS Request for Information (RFI) through FEDBIZOPPS to determine the availability of pot... *ID11190004* MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS This is a GSA/NCR/FAS Request for Information (RFI) through FEDBIZOPPS to determine the availability of potential small business or any available sources for a Vault Solution for Electronic Mortgage Promissory Notes for the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), where the contractor/vendor provides a robust commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) secure storage solution for digital or electronic promissory notes that meets Ginnie Mae needs. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The details provided herein from the attached draft SOW/PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW/PWS included in any Request for Proposal (RFP). Contractor/Vendor is to also provide responses to the questions presented below in para. 9. A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated. The Period of Performance of this requirement includes a twelve (12) month base year period, with four, one-year, option periods. The anticipated NAICS Code for this requirement is 511210 – Software Publishers, with a small business size standard of $38.5M. The Contractor may/may not be required to travel to accomplish the analysis activities. General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services; Perpetual Software Licenses are contemplated for a future Request for Proposal. This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of GSA/NCR/FAS’s market research. No RFP exists currently; therefore, do not request RFP copies. GSA/NCR/FAS may/may not use FEDBIZOPPS for any resulting RFP. Responses to this RFI are not RFPs on which GSA/NCR/FAS can issue any Contracts. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government does not intend to award a Contract based only on responses to this RFI. Please restrict all responses to non-proprietary information. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. GSA/NCR/FAS will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. In your response provide a brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas.
