The Government is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as part of its market research to gather industry information, capabilities, and help in deciding the appropriate contract vehicle. This RFI includes questions relating to Maintenance Functional Check Flights (FCF) and Instructor training flights in support of RSNF squadron operations which will be solicited by GSA Region 8. This RFI is broken down into the following sections: Section 1 - Background & Company Information Section 2 - Questions This RFI is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a solicitation, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. If the Government determines to issue a solicitation at a later date, based on responses to this RFI, then the solicitation may be issued via FedBizOpps, GSA eBuy or any other mode determined to be appropriate. No award will be made as a result of this RFI. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. Any information that the contractor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned, including any proprietary information. All responses should be based only on the questions contained in this RFI, as any additional documentation submitted by the contractor may not be reviewed by the Government. Completed forms shall be submitted to Suzanne.Schuman@gsa.gov@gsa.gov and Christy.Lee@gsa.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 31 August 2020. Contractors who do not respond to this RFI are not excluded from any resulting solicitation(s); for all contractors will be required to submit a proposal or quote in accordance with the final solicitation instructions.
