This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and is a Total Small Business Set-aside under NAICS 334111. The Contractor shall replace and upgrade all computers systems with computers that support Windows 10 operating system and Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 encryption chip capabilities in 81 VCOTs and 515 UGT-Is. These VCOT's and UGT-I's are located across the Continental United States. The Contractor shall develop new exercises for Combat Patrol, and Crew through Platoon level gunnery training IAW TC 3-20.31. The Contractor shall replace all Head Mounted Displays (HMD) for the 81 VCOTs, and 515 UGT-Is. The Contractor shall replace 81 printers in the VCOT and provide 515 printers for the UGT-Is. The Contractor shall implement current DoD required Information Assurance requirements using the Risk Management Framework guidelines throughout the Authority to Operate approval. Please see the attached Request for Proposal and it's RFP Attachment's J.1, J.2, J.3, and J.4 for additional information. As noted in the RFP document, offerors shall submit any questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation no later than 8:00AM Mountain Time on 4 March 2020.
