The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Propulsion Directorate supports over 38 Type/Model/Series (TMS) engines. These programs require periodic reviews of each TMS Program to ensure each is Ready, Safe, Affordable and Effective (RASE). Financial, Contract progression and Assessment reporting, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) status, Manpower reporting, Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER) and Tasker tracking are examples of additional specific areas that require periodic review. Current reporting for these subjects require information that may not be reported by all LP divisions in a standardized format. The Propulsion Directorate (LP) and LP International Engine Management Program (IEMP) Life Cycle Management Process-Integrated Data Environment (LCMP-IDE) modules shall provide a web based Program Management information reporting solution in a standardized format accessible to TMS Program Managers or Propulsion leadership through an all TMS encompassing Dashboard view. These standardized formats are also provided through separate modules that are capable of providing shared data to a specific TMS to ensure each propulsion program is Ready, Affordable, Safe and Effective. Financial, Manpower, TCTO tracking, SOCCER/Task tracking and Contract Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs) modules shall provide specific Program Management data to specific engine programs to provide complete view of Program Management effectiveness. The IEMP Program Managers will communicate with Foreign Military customers through Video Hosting capabilities. The data and information will also be compiled in a standardized Engine Life Management Plan (ELMP) format documenting current status and future strategy of each TMS.
