The Battle Control Center (BCC) Battlespace Access Training System (BATS) will serve as a sector level training center designed to support initial, qualification and continuation training of full time and part?time BCC operators in part-task to crew-level high-fidelity live, virtual and constructive (LVC) operations. The BATS will provide a venue for training, mission rehearsal, and establishment of tactics, techniques and procedures for tactical level interaction with air defense assets as well as up and down channel coordination in the air defense community. The BATS will provide sector level training for initial qualification training (IQT), continuation training (CT), and mission qualification training (MQT).
