The General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) seeks to acquire, on behalf of GSA's Office of the Chief Information Officer-Office of Public Buildings Information Technology Services (PB-ITS), a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) enterprise project management information system (PMIS) including hosting, licensing, configuration, data architecture, integration, and support services. This acquisition will support the project management needs of the Public Buildings Service (PBS), and supports GSA's mission of delivering public buildings projects on time and on budget to meet the needs of federal agencies. This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION to determine the availability and technical capability of both large and small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services as outlined by the attached documentation. This sources sought is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote/proposal. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses shall be no more than 5 pages in length (including Attachment A) and shall include ALL of the following requested information: 1)Business name and address; 2)Name of company representative and their business title; 3)Type of Business (Small/8(a)/Woman Owned/Large/ect); 4)Cage Code; 5)Potential Contract Vehicles the company could provide a quote under (GSA Schedule, etc); 6)Attachment A with all required information; and 7)Any PWS comments, lessons learned, or additional information the Government should consider. In order to adequately review responses, the Government requests responses to 1-5 above be clearly outlined on the cover page of the submission. Vendors who wish to respond to this sources sought announcement should send responses, via email, no later than Monday, April 29th at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) to Allison Crews at allison.crews@gsa.gov and Kali Clement at kali.clement@gsa.gov.
