The purpose of this amendment is to attach SF30, amendment 02, replacing the requirement to submit a conformed copy of the RFP with a requirement to upload the SF33 and Amendments 01 and 02 (SF30). Proposals should be uploaded in accordance with sections L&M. The GSA AASBS Portal does not allow for flexibility in prices per CLIN as required in the Schedule B pricing volume. Vendors should not be concerned with that. Vendors may input $1.00 for unit pricing for CLINS in GSA AASBS as this will not make part of the evaluation. The purpose of this amendment is to attach the SF 30 that was inadvertently left out in the November 20th posting. The purpose of this amendment is to amend the solicitation in response to the questions and answers. Additionally, This amendment serves as a reminder to vendors that the electronic copies must be submitted through the GSA AASBS Portal. Proposals shall be submitted electronically in the required file formats within the GSA AASBS Portal. Electronic proposals for this solicitation will only be received via the AASBS Portal. The electronic version of the proposal submitted through the AASBS portal is the official copy of the order proposal for establishing timeliness of receipt by deadline for proposals. Do not delay AASBS Portal registration, https://portal.fas.gsa.gov. Contact the AASBS Help Desk at 877-472-4877 to complete your AASBS Portal registration. The purpose of this amendment is to issue the: Final Solicitation Notice These are the final documents for the LTATV Request for Proposal (RFP) ID04190104. Proposals, electronic and hardcopies are due no later than (NLT) 6 December 2019 at 1600 EST. If hand delivering hardcopies to the location specified in the RFP, coordinate delivery dates and times 24 hours in advance via email to sonia.hammons@gsa.gov Sonia Hammons is the sole point of contact for all questions under this solicitation. Offerors shall address all questions via e-mail to sonia.hammons@gsa.gov. The Offeror must include the company name and solicitation number in the subject line of the email. The question(s) must include the document title, page number/tab, section, section title that pertains to the Offeror‘s question(s). Questions will be addressed in a response document posted as an attachment to the solicitation and will be posted on http://www.fbo.gov shortly following the due date of the solicitation questions. The Government intent is to not extend the RFP or Question due date. Questions submitted after 13 November, 2018 at 1600 EST will only be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
