A previous RFI was issued for this requirement. The Government is providing a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this SSN in hopes of obtaining more robust responses, both in number of responses and technical detail. Any responses are not considered to be offers and will in no way commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in preparation of any submission to the SSN or to contract for services. This SSN is to advise the public that GSA is performing an Assisted Acquisition on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and is searching for potential sources capable of performing requirements set forth in the attached SSN and PWS. The Contractor will be responsible for the design, development and operation/maintenance of a hardware/software integration and test lab at their facility. This lab shall be reconfigurable to support the applicable requirements included within the PWS. This lab should closely replicate the MTSC functionality. The secondary purpose for this lab will be for the Government to conduct demonstrations. The lab shall be within the local geographic area of PEO STRI offices which are located in Oviedo, FL.
