This is a solicitation/combined synposis for RFQ Pre-Phix Software. Quotes shall be submitted via GSA's electronic acquisition portal, AAS Business Systems Portal (AASBS Portal), formerly IT-Solutions Shop (ITSS), [web address: https://portal.fas.gsa.gov] by the closing date and time for consideration. To be added to the RFQ in AASBS Portal/ITSS please contact Rakaia Jackson, Contract Specialist at Rakaia.jackson@gsa.gov with the AASBS Portal/ITSS Registration Information (Company Name and Company Point of Contact) exactly as they are registered in the system. Please email Rakaia Jackson for ITSS RFQ access at rakaia.jackson@gsa.gov. Prior to submitting a quote, Offeror shall be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. By submitting a quote, the Offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. To be eligible for award, prospective Offeror must be registered in SAM under the appropriate business category and NAICS code. In addition, unless available via SAM (i.e. www.sam.gov) Offeror are also to include a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications as per the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
