Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The General Services Administration (GSA) Region 4 intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial contract for AutoCrib Point of Use Industrial Dispensing Equipment (POUIDE), and related supplies and services. Period of Performance (contract ordering period): Date of Award through Five Years. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) ID04180074, for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. The GSA Region 4 intends to award a sole source contract to AutoCrib, Inc. A redacted version of the approved Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (i.e. J&A) is hereby provided with this notice, in accordance with FAR 6.305. Contractor agrees to provide all supplies/services set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. Specific information regarding the contract requirements, terms and conditions, proposal requirements, submission instructions, and evaluation criteria can be found in the “RFP” attachment to this notice.
