The purpose of this document is to justify the use of a Sole Source contract to provide a stopgap measure that avoids a break in services so the contractor can finalize the nearly completed tasks. This contract will be a Time and Material (T&M) contract with a duration of 6 (six) months; the estimated value is $419,175.00. This contract action will be awarded as a new task order (ID02190007) using Professional Services Schedule (PSS) SIN 874-1 Integrated Consulting Services. It will be a sole source award to Deloitte Consulting LLP, 1919 N. Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209-1742;the company that is currently working on the same project under ID02180008. The contract is to extend the services currently being provided by Deloitte so the nearly completed tasks can be finalized. These are tasks are SUPPORT OF DIGITAL MANAGEMENT OFFICE, PROCESS ASSESSMENT, DOCUMENT CONFIGURE AND DEPLOY BOTS and OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT.
