Summary per attached LSJ: The Department of Veterans Affairs has identified a need to acquire services necessary to provide the management, personnel and materials to support HR Smart training materials, the core HR system training delivery to new and existing users, a Training Environment, Testing, Design, and Change Management activities. The entire within scope ordser is included in the government’s PWS and the Project Change Request 049, submitted in response, by IBM. The services include, but are not limited to configuration support, design development, job aides, user guides, participant guides, conceptual design documents, alternative of analysis document, and a change management plan.
