Summary: In the context of the attaced LSJ, the goal of this project is required to automate salary table updates requested by VA, consisting of the activities performed, deliverables to be provided, and the vendor responsibilities and related client responsibilities for this action. The contractor (IBM) will provide the VA with services to implement the following new requirements and requested system functionality changes. The program will utilize Blue Prism Digital Workers (RPA) to read the pay rate change documents and process in HRSmart. The following deliverables are provided to VA as part of the services. •Salary Table Automation: This PCR will provide a process to automate ingestion of VA SSR and LPN pay changes into HRSmart. The process will pick up documents from an agreed upon file location and process the pay rate changes in HR Smart.
