In the context of the attaced LSJ, in summary, the goal of this action is to procure 61,134 licenses for the express purpose of incorporating more of the without compensation community into the system for recording and tracking purposes. Managers of Workers without Compensation (WOC’s) will be able to view and manage these additional WOCs within the Manager Self-Service component of HR Smart. WOCs can also be tracked via a dashboard within the HR Smart system and their statuses tracked across VA’s Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system as well as various statuses within the HR Smart application. These licenses will be provided on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis at an estimated total price of $1,630,240.00 for 11 months. CLIN 8001 will increase $1,793,264.00 for these licenses in calendar year 2022 on the O&M CLIN 8001.
