Ft. (ABOA): 4,248 ABOA SF Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to Exceed 4,885 RSF Space Type: Office and Related Parking Spaces (Total): 32 Surface Parking Spaces (Reserved): 5 Spaces Full Term: Ten (10) years Firm Term: Five (5) years Termination Rights: 120 Days in Whole or Part Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Property must be able to support pull-through parking for larger vehicles up to tractor trailers. Class A or Class B Only Need parking space for a UTV trailer, no-till drill and Tree Planter Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
