The Government is seeking information for expert consulting support to assist in navigating substantial legislative and budgetary constraints that threaten the success of the mission. The Board needs expert guidance and consultation in order to overcome substantial legislative and budgetary challenges impeding its ability to successfully propose underutilized assets for disposition.
