Rolling Awards: Corrective Action Phase: Awardees and Apparent Successful Offerors List In accordance with OASIS SB Pools 1, 3, & 4 On-Ramp Solicitation number GS00Q13DR0002P1P3P4 Section M.3(i)1, the Government is making awards on a rolling basis. This rolling award announcement is as a result of the corrective action in support of the Wavelink, Inc. v. the United States (Case No. 20-749C; dated June 24, 2021) and the Appeal from the Digiflight, Inc., v. the United States, U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC) case No. 20-0764 (dated March 5, 2021) filed with the U.S. Court of Appeals. We anticipate no additional rolling contract awards other than those listed below. GSA will issue individual notifications to Offeror points of contact who were authorized to access the Offeror's proposal in symphony at the time of proposal submission. Please see below for the list of OASIS SB Pool 1 (lowest evaluated score: 6,350), 3 (lowest evaluated score: 6,350) and 4 (lowest evaluated score is 6,850 point) successful offerors.
