Implementation of the RPA Bot 3. Operations and Maintenance of the RPA Bot Described within this PCR is the implementation project required to incorporate changes to HRSmart system functionality as requested by VA, consisting of the activities performed, deliverables to be provided, and the IBM responsibilities and related client responsibilities to be provided in accordance with the terms of this PCR. Under this PCR, IBM will provide project management support during the Period of Performance. A dedicated IBM Project Manager will be assigned to PCR 81 - Agile Implementation 2. IBM will be responsible for applicable Veteran-Focused Integration Process (VIP) deliverables and events, which includes a Scrum Master who is not managed by the Government. The following deliverables are provided to VA as part of the services.
