GSA seeks contractors for Energy Supply Acquisition Management Services to manage its extensive energy portfolio. This announcement aims to identify qualified contractors with expertise in technical market advice, forecasting, analysis, and program management. The NAICS Code is 541690, with a size standard of $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Overview This is a Sources Sought announcement only. No solicitation is available at this time, and this notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Background GSA currently manages an energy portfolio including: Natural gas: ~398 accounts, ~21.5 million dekatherms annually, 137 contracts across 80 utilities in 35 states Electricity: ~927 accounts, ~4.6 billion kilowatt hours annually, 32 contracts across 30 utilities in 15 states GSA procures utility services under 40 U.S.C. § 501(b) and § 502. Executive Order 14057 sets a goal of 100% carbon pollution-free electricity by 2030, including 50% 24/7 CFE.
