This announcement aims to identify qualified contractors with expertise in technical market advice, forecasting, analysis, and program management. The NAICS Code is 541690, with a size standard of $16.5 million in average annual receipts. Overview This is a Sources Sought announcement only. No solicitation is available at this time, and this notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Background GSA currently manages an energy portfolio including: Natural gas: ~398 accounts, ~21.5 million dekatherms annually, 137 contracts across 80 utilities in 35 states Electricity: ~927 accounts, ~4.6 billion kilowatt hours annually, 32 contracts across 30 utilities in 15 states GSA procures utility services under 40 U.S.C. § 501(b) and § 502. Executive Order 14057 sets a goal of 100% carbon pollution-free electricity by 2030, including 50% 24/7 CFE.
