This solicitation is for interested parties who wish to submit offers for Storage and Hauling, as well as, the purchase of recyclable paper; commingled cans/bottles/containers, to include all and not limited to aluminum and bi-metal cans, glass bottles, and plastic containers with Resin Codes 1-6 [#1: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), #2: high-density polyethylene (HDPE), #3: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), #4: low-density polyethylene (LDPE), #5: polypropylene (PP), and #6: polystyrene (PS)]; used laser/toner printer cartridges; and used inkjet printer cartridges generated on Government-owned and Government-operated premises and other locations in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Washington, DC Metropolitan area includes the District of Columbia, Montgomery County, and Prince George's County of Maryland. The initial Contract period will be for 1 year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive 12-month option periods. The proposed contract start date is September 1, 2023. Contractor performance will be dependent upon GSA HSPD-12 Security Clearance. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. All responsive/responsible offers will be given consideration for award. THIS PROCUREMENT IS OPEN TO VENDORS WHO CAN PERFORM THE SERVICES WITHIN THE COMMUTING WASHINGTON, DC METROPOLITAN AREA. *An updated Bid Spreadsheet has been added to the attachments for this solicitation. Please ONLY update the numbers highlighted in yellow. As a reminder, the Contractor is responsible for any errors in calculation. It is recommended to double check all numbers and totals for accuracy. Lastly, there must be a sheet for Base and (4) four options (a total of (5) five sheets).
