NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Internal Revenue Service Beckrich Office Parkstone Panama City Beach, FL This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the for the Internal Revenue Service, in Panama City Beach. FL The U.S. Government is seeking office space Panama City Beach consisting of approximately 17,465 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 16,965 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet of office and related space to include 0 surface parking spaces for GOVs. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in the Beckrich Office Park, 100 Richard Jackson Boulevard and intends will negotiate an Extension of the current lease at the same location. There is also the economic benefit i.e., of using the current Buildout. T01/he cost saving in relocation/moving of personal property, telecommunication relocation, disruption, and tenant improvement costs which are not expected to be recovered through full and open competition. *REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required Tenant Alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The space is required no later than November 12, 2021 for 3 years, 2 years firm, with the government having cancelation privileges after 2 years.
