The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) anticipates a future procurement to perform high level monitoring, supervision, and building system control from a centralized location. Additionally, the selected contractor must be able to introduce a standardized, unified interface for building systems, whereby a single building system expert can monitor and control systems across multiple buildings from a single point. GSA would ultimately like to supplement the daily control operations of the systems, with the contractor operating as a supervisory that monitors and controls the portal into the existing systems in each building. The contractor will provide Integration Services via existing Tridium Niagara Framework ®
