This Request for Quote (RFQ) is limited to businesses within the Saint Louis, MO. metropolitan geographical area. No quotes from firms outside of this area will be considered. This requirement is for to perform necessary mechanical repairs on a 2019 Ford F550 Shuttle Bus (Tag #G32-0546W, VIN# 1FDAF5GY8KDA21133). Description of work includes Repair of all mechanical associated with engine repairs. This requirement is for the purchase and the installation of a Long Block in a 2019 Ford F550 Shuttle Bus, Vin #1FDAF5GY8KDA21133 along with installation of driveshaft. See Bill of Materials (BOM) at bottom of document for full list of parts. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be in compliance with all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. MSS and any other required documents must be on site. Vendors must be properly insured to cover any losses for GSA vehicles that are in their shop. Valid business license(s) is required in accordance with state and local guidelines. All vendors must be registered and current the System of Award Management (SAM).
