On behalf of The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command ,General Services Administration (GSA) is conducting a sources sought to obtain information regarding: The purpose of this contract is to provide Seven (7) F-35 Phase Maintenance Wrap-Around Work Stands, are stationed all around the aircraft and allow workers safe and convenient access to the various parts of the aircraft being worked on. Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East) is a part of the Department of the Navy and Naval Air Systems Command. FRC East provides high quality and timely aircraft repair, maintenance and re-work services in support of the war-fighter. This procurement is critical to the creation of seven (7) additional stalls, NLT 10/1/2024, for F-35.This additional capacity bridges a critical incoming workload gap, until the F-35 MILCON (P-993) can be complete
